Sam is passionate about holistic, client centred care and the opportunity to improve the quality of life for her clients and their whanau.  

Whilst studying she worked as a support worker both in the community and a retirement village. She graduated and registered as an Occupational Therapist in 2015. Initially as a new graduate Sam worked as a Needs Assessment and Service coordinator for the DHB, completing the contact and Homecare InterRAI assessments. She enjoyed working closely with the community allied health services, mental health services and Hospice. Sam has also completed work on ACC contracts for Social rehabilitation and Vocational rehabilitation.  

Originally from Lancashire, England, Sam arrived in New Zealand with her family and has never looked back. She has been lucky enough to make the beautiful Northland home. Outside of work Sam enjoys spending time with her little one, family and friends.
